I had an exceptional experience with Apple’s Environmental Pest Control. This is a family owned business and you absolutely are treated like family! I live in an apt. complex and Matthew, comes every month to service the apt. He is wonderful, kind, compassionate, thorough, professional, and personable. I had noticed an… issue with brown recluses and Matthew spent quality time going through everything, calming me down, giving me tips, and helping me get connected with the owners. I also spoke with Anita in the office and she was so kind and helpful. She connected me to Andrew who is also an owner and he came to my apt personally, spent an hour talking with me providing knowledge, information, and the processes involved for that type of issue. He was willing to share labels of the products being used, gave tips and walked me through step by step my options and pricing. I found Andrew to be professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. He was upfront about pricing and also, shared the apt complex discount even though I contacted the company directly. I am so impressed with Apple’s and the people associated with it. I spoke to many different pest control companies about this brown recluse issue and Apples, by far, has been the best and most trusted experience. I can’t thank you enough in helping me feel safe again in my home. That in and of itself is a precious gift! Jennifer Read more

Jalen (please forgive me if I misspelled his name) has come to our home for the past two quarterly services, and he has been exceptional each time. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. His attention to detail and thoroughness have truly stood out, and we feel confident in the quality of service he… provides. The company overall has also been wonderful to work with. When I initially called regarding a rodent issue, Anita was extremely helpful and professional. She informed me they could schedule service within just a few days, which immediately impressed me. She also provided a clear and detailed explanation of everything included in their quarterly package along with transparent pricing. The value and level of service offered exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and thorough service. Read more

Great communication and service from the start. From Office staff, to estimator, to technicians, everyone was first class. Honest, quick, and did a great job explaining the process. We highly recommend.

This is the best company, it is locally owned and the pest control services are very prompt and well done. The communication and use of online tools is terrific.

Very thorough upon initial visit. They had a plan and have executed. So far, no sign of mice! It’s been a couple months, so I guess we don’t need a cat afterall!!
